It has been an exciting and busy time here at Ruthie Staalsen Interiors.
The Dallas Decorators Showhouse, sponsored by Traditional Home Magazine has been open for several weeks now here in Southlake! It has been an honor to be amongst the 24 other talented designers from all over the United States, chosen by Traditional Home.
The space I was given was an upstairs hallway separating two bedrooms. It was an amazing space to design because it had so much light and character. I wanted to share with you the before and after photos as well as give a shout out to my sponsors.

Being that I was one of the designers from Texas, I decided I had to have some fun boots in my space. My assistant Lesley found these old boots and I painted them all up to match my room! I love how they turned out!
The above photography is by the talented Nathan Schroder.
This is what the boots looked like BEFORE!
Thank you to https://www.arteriors.com for this gorgeous chandelier.
This gorgeous velvet sitting ottoman is FOR SALE and would be perfect for a entry or a large bathroom or closet.
All the items in this part of the hallway were donated by Ruthie Staalsen Interiors.
There is one week left to tour the home. Hope you get a chance to come by!
